Dit beleid legt uit welke gegevens Artmark verwerkt en waarom. Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke: Artmark (Nederland), te bereiken via app@artmark.info.
Account: e-mailadres, gebruikersnaam en je vaste account-ID. Inhoud: foto’s die je maakt, bijschriften en je verzamelde monumenten. Locatie: je positie wanneer je dat toestaat, om monumenten in de buurt te tonen en te bevestigen dat je er bent. Gebruik: basis app- en apparaatgegevens en eventueel foutmeldingen.
Om de app te laten werken (kaart, verzamelen, je Dex), om je voortgang en XP veilig op te slaan, om sociale functies (vrienden, feeds) te bieden en om misbruik en valsspelen tegen te gaan.
Wat je deelt met vrienden of in Ontdekken bepaal je zelf per post. We verkopen je gegevens niet. We gebruiken dienstverleners (zoals hosting/database, bijv. Supabase) die namens ons gegevens verwerken onder een verwerkersovereenkomst.
Locatie- en cameratoegang vraagt de app alleen met jouw toestemming en je kunt ze in de instellingen of in je systeeminstellingen uitzetten. Zonder locatie werken plaatsgebonden functies niet.
Je foto’s staan lokaal op je toestel. Deel je een foto, dan slaan we die in de cloud op zodat anderen hem in de feed kunnen zien. Verwijder je een post of je account, dan verwijderen we de bijbehorende foto.
We bewaren gegevens zolang je account bestaat. Je kunt je account verwijderen; dan wissen we je persoonsgegevens, behoudens wat we wettelijk moeten bewaren.
Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking en overdraagbaarheid van je gegevens, en je kunt bezwaar maken. Neem contact op via app@artmark.info. Je kunt ook klagen bij je toezichthouder (in Nederland: de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Artmark is niet bedoeld voor kinderen onder de 13 jaar (of de hogere leeftijd die in jouw land geldt). We verzamelen niet bewust gegevens van kinderen.
We nemen redelijke technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen. Geen enkele dienst is 100% veilig.
We kunnen dit beleid aanpassen en informeren je bij belangrijke wijzigingen in de app. Vragen? app@artmark.info.

This policy explains what data Artmark processes and why. Controller: Artmark (Netherlands), reachable at app@artmark.info.
Account: email, username and your permanent account ID. Content: photos you take, captions and your collected monuments. Location: your position when you allow it, to show nearby monuments and confirm you are there. Usage: basic app/device data and crash reports.
To run the app (map, collecting, your Dex), to securely store your progress and XP, to provide social features (friends, feeds), and to prevent abuse and cheating.
What you share with friends or to Discover is your own per-post choice. We do not sell your data. We use service providers (such as hosting/database, e.g. Supabase) that process data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement.
The app only requests location and camera access with your permission, and you can turn them off in the app settings or your system settings. Without location, place-based features will not work.
Your photos are stored locally on your device. If you share a photo, we store it in the cloud so others can see it in the feed. If you delete a post or your account, we delete the associated photo.
We keep data while your account exists. You can delete your account; we then erase your personal data, except what we must keep by law.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object. Contact app@artmark.info. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Artmark is not intended for children under 13 (or the higher age that applies in your country). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No service is 100% secure.
